It is very important to characterize the structure and its components for design optimization and validation. Modal analysis brings important information on the global structure as well as on local parts.

The quality of the acquired data associated to OROS Modal 2 and its multiple identification methods, using the latest algorithms, provides accurate results whatever the characteristics of your structure:
    * Experimental Modal Analysis (EMA) for acquiring FRF from a signal generator. With unique features such as Advanced Swept Sine solution for closed-loop control, you can save time to get a high resolution FRF measurement.
    * Operation Deflection Shape (ODS) for visualizing quickly the deformation of your structure at a specific frequency or at a specific moment.
OROS Modal 2 has the capability to use the natural excitation which is very useful for big complete  structure where other methods are not possible.

The validation of a variety of aircraft engines requires powerful instrumentation able to record and analyze up to hundreds of channels during long duration tests.
For engine tests you need a high capacity recorder able to store hours of time-records coupled with powerful signal processing that provide orders and waterfall monitoring. OROS VibeMaster (high channel count solution) offers an integrated system which continuously records and analyzes the accelerometers, tachometers and strain gauges of your bench. This configuration dramatically reduces the cables, installation and tests costs.
This innovative and performant system is suitable for such installations carrying out continuous time domain recording with order and spectral analysis up to a 40 kHz bandwidth.
The real-time computation ensures the synchronous orders and spectra calculation to be visualized in flexible and interactive graphs. During the entire test, all the data are secured by periodic storage and automatic log file generation. Connected by a single Ethernet link, the equipment dramatically reduces the cabling between the control room and the unit under test.
