Making efficient acquisition and analysis implies to manage many additional types of data such as transducer calibrations. NVGate® Software for OROS 3-Series analyzers integrates as standard helpful tools for auxiliary data management:
- Sensors: Define, calibrate and track history of your sensor’s stock with the transducers database.
- Report: Create, select and modify any type of report through the report editor. You can edit basic multi-graphs to
intelligent reporting that includes queries to the users.
- Result: Simply drag & drop saved results or masks to overlay with current analysis and get an immediate
comparison. Alarms can be defined which then automatically detect vibration or noise overruns.
- Projects: The Project manager organizes setups, results and raw data in an “outlook” like tree. Save, recall and edit
your results and setups at a glance.

This specific function enables to collect and to synchronize all data coming from the plug-in analyzers in a stack. Results are arranged regarding the different references (RPM, Time, and levels) and represented in 3D or profiles views.
Identifying the critical point is then much easier having its effect on different modes such as order, structural resonance and acoustics.
The section manager of the waterfall plug-in features orders, overall, constant frequencies and spectra extraction in one click.
The waterfall plug-in is also a deep profile manager; it can store up to 100,000 points per channel. Overall acoustic level, RPM or even temperature evolution is then shown clearly. Most of these profiles can be used as the reference axis for 2D and 3D displays.
