FFT plug-in

The FFT plug-in provides high-performance analysis for general purpose vibration measurement plus other dedicated modes. This software option offers a large set of results (up to 42) featured by the multiple available modes.

FRF acquisition

Impact hammering or shaker excitation, the FFT plug-in acquires and computes cross functions between any and all channels. With its dedicated structural mode, it features state-of-the-art FRF acquisition and analysis tools. During the acquisition you can preview coherences and averaged results to ensure measurement quality.

Synchronous Time Averaging (STA)

STA reveals anomalies buried into noisy signals coming from rotating machinery. It can also automatically synchronize the phase from spectral information.

True FFT Zoom

It offers a unique multispan spectrum analysis by simultaneously providing wide band spectra and zoomed spectra.

FFT Diag plug-in for on-site diagnostics of industrial machines

Envelope demodulation, Cepstrum, Kurtosis as well as the latest shaft view will let you easily find the source of a problem. The FFTDiag plug-in offers a consistent tool set for on-site diagnostics of industrial machines.

Time Domain Analysis

Time Domain Analysis plug-in

The Time Domain Analysis plug-in provides visualization and statistical analysis of signals in the time domain, featuring oscilloscope-like displays.
It is useful for long duration signal monitoring and trend analysis on its statistical content. The variable time bases are ideal for continuous trend analysis like large structure damping control as well as rotating machinery coast down monitoring.

  • Statistics DC, RMS, min/max, skew, kurtosis, pk, pk-to-pk, crest factor
  • Displays Signal, view meters and profiles. Independent durations : 20ms to 100 Hrs
  • Filtering HP, LP, BP, BS, integrators (simple and double)
